It’s Time for Frisbee Golf!!
Once again Jim and Robin would love to have lots
of fun people come to Pine Gables and, well, you know,
HAVE FUN!!
There’s plenty of space for camping. Bring plenty of chairs
even if you don’t camp.
Now Please take Note:
following the longest running tradition of the Peacock and Renegade Country
Clubs…
DO NOT BRING ANY DOGS.
We have heard from very good sources that the folks that
were in charge of last years Pig and Chicken Roast will be here to satisfy
our taste buds. Jim would rather roast eggplant but it appears he’s
still in the minority…
.
Along with the Frisbee Golf Course, there is also
a volleyball net, horse shoe pits, fishing ponds and several canoes.
Tentatively the following will happen:
- Two day, four round tournament (Tee off Saturday 10:00
am, forth round Sunday 11:00 am). Let’s face it, mostly what we do
is stand around drinking and gossiping but Frisbee Golf will be here for
those of us that really like to play.
- Sunday Superball Partners round.
- Saturday night Pig/Chicken Picking (or was that eggplant??).
- Sunday morning St. Alphonso’s Pancake Breakfast
and deaf church on the radio.
- Homemade Ice Cream Contest!!
- The ever popular South Ass Camping Award (This year we
will Superglue the winners to their trophies)
- Hopefully some home grown music. Suffering Bastards Unplugged
or perhaps The Apple Stand Band Plugged (and/or pickled)
- Maybe with some luck T-shirts will be available.
As always children are not responsible for the behavior
of their parents…..
